Workforce Diversity

Globalization brings the people of the world closer together than ever before. What does diversity in the workplace mean? According to many diversity advocates emphasize the importance of having a variety of differences between people in an organization. Many may argue diversity is based on a mere skin color and religion, but we need to realize we can diversity within one race or faith.
